I love the tone of thos piece and the way it frels almost like walking through molasses, but in a good way. It's kind of perfect for this piece I think. Kind of dream-like. I especially love this line Like tall wiry boys in woolen caps with deep southern accents like caramel dripped on apples, nd the image it evoked.
